QT4-35 semi-automatic concrete block making machine is suitable for all kinds of raw materials, like concrete, sand, cement, stone powder, fly ash, slag, quarry dust, leca, etc. By changing moulds, one machine can produce all types of building hollow block, solid, brick, porous brick, paving brick, etc.

QTJ4 – 35B2 type block making machine ,can be operated by a separate host machine, also can be equipped with belt conveyor, mixer and then constitute a production line. The host machine compose of the vibration source, transmission, lift and hopper electrical control system.

1.QT4-35 is made of high-performance steel Q345. Thus it has advantages of high toughness, wear resistance and high strength.

♦2. One machine can produce all types of hollow blocks, solid brick, paving and interlocking brick, curbstone just by changing moulds.

♦3.In the process of mould production, precise line cutting and carburizing treatment are adopted to prolong its service life.
